It’s free, easy and hassle free! The Haircare Team will setup your account within 2 business days.

 Once you’ve been approved you will receive an email with your unique affiliate link and personal login details. The login details will enable you to access your personalised salon dashboard to track sales, commissions and payments.

STEP 2:
PROMOTE & SHARE


Share your unique affiliate link with all your clients! 

Promote it anywhere you can – your website, social media, emails, blog, in salon. Encourage your clients to use the link to purchase a variety of top salon-endorsed brands online – giving them the flexibility to buy 24/7, while supporting your salon. 

Remember – your client must enter the website by clicking through the affiliate link, so we can track all their online purchases back to you.

You’ll start earning your 25% commission from the very first sale.

frequently asked questions

How are commissions calculated?
All salons registered to the Haircare at Home affiliate program will receive a commission of 25%. By using your unique affiliate website link, this will mean that all of your clients’ purchases will be linked back to your salon – ensuring you maximise your sales commissions.
How and when do my commissions get paid?
Commissions will be paid directly into your Haircare Australia trade account on a monthly basis via credit note. When your customer makes a successful purchase, the commission can be tracked in your Affiliate Portal. This can be held for up to one month before physical payout.
How come salons only get 25% commission on goods sold? 
Once you factor in your overhead, shrinkage and inventory management, plus operational costs and cost of goods, the profit for selling in-salon retail (from inventory you purchase) is generally about the same as what you would make from one of your clients purchasing at Haircare at Home. These operating costs would also be incurred if setting up an online store. You also don’t have to stock or ship the products you offer, so there’s no additional work, risk or cost to you. Any revenue generated from Haircare at Home will be in addition to what you’d make on product sales in your salon.
How do I see my sales?
You can access your personalised dashboard to track your clients’ sales and commissions via the affiliate login details you will be supplied when you are accepted into the program.
What can I do to make more sales? 
Great question! Some best practices and tips to make sure you’re doing the most: ​
- Add your shortened personal link to the bio section of all your social accounts and make sure to share that followers will get 10% off their purchase. ​ 
- Post on your Instagram + Facebook about your fave products and recommendations (cover all bases including your feeds and stories) and push your clients to your link. ​
Do you have any promotional tools I can use? 
You will be granted access to an asset pack full of website banners, blog headers, email templates, social media assets and text message templates that allow you to quickly enable this service for your customers. ​ 
We will be providing you with your own personalised affiliate link, which we encourage you to share across your own website, social media, client emails, business cards and in store materials.​ 
We will also send you some guidelines, hints and tips of how to best promote your affiliate link, including the types of messaging you can use to encourage your loyal clients to support your salon via their online purchases.
Will Haircare at Home be running product promotions?
We will be offering a 10% off first purchase, to encourage your clients to increase their basket size and/or purchase frequency – maximising the commissions you can earn. We are planning to run occasional online promotions but we will not be actively discounting products in competition with other sales channels.
