Get ready early for Christmas:
Important information about our deliveries for the period leading up to Christmas: Australia post is working hard to deliver your parcels as safely and quickly as possible, but delivery for Christmas will take longer this year as they manage the impacts of COVID-19 and more parcels than ever before. So that you have the best chance of your order arriving in time for Christmas, all orders placed between Saturday 12 December and Thursday 17 December, will be shipped using the Startrack premium service. Customers who pay for standard shipping will receive their orders via Startrack premium at no additional cost; likewise if you qualify for free shipping (based on reaching a certain spend threshold), you will also receive the Startrack premium service at no additional cost.

 

Products are only available for delivery in Australia. Haircare Australia uses the services of Australia Post or Startrack to deliver Products to you and accordingly, accepts no responsibility for late delivery, or your failure to receive Products which have been dispatched by Haircare Australia.

 

The amount of handling and delivery charges payable by you will depend upon the delivery option you select at the time of ordering Products, and will be charged to you in full at the time your Order is placed.



Risk in the Products will pass to you upon dispatch by Haircare Australia. Title to the Products will pass to you once your payment has been cleared and received by Haircare Australia.

 

Certain Products sold by Haircare Australia may require special handling, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. These requirements affect the manner of delivery of these particular Products. Haircare Australia may therefore on occasion be unable to dispatch products for delivery to nominated addresses,
and reserves the right to cancel Orders which are affected by the applicable requirements.
